What is the Mindful Reset Membership?

Mindful Reset is a LIVE online mindfulness program where we meet 2X a week, every week for 3 months (end of January – April .  This program is designed to support you in living your daily life with self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-compassion. Led by certified mindfulness meditation coach Shahin, this program includes group discussions, practical teachings on Mindfulness, guided meditations, and personalized coaching.

$55 a month for 3 Months. Starting January 27, 2025

Two weekly 60-minute sessions:

  • Mondays (6:00 pm – 7:00 pm EST): Teaching calls that explore core mindfulness concepts and techniques.
  • Thursdays (6:00 pm – 7:00 pm EST): Interactive coaching and Q&A calls for personalized support.    

Access to a community of like-minded individuals.

Recordings of all sessions for flexibility.

Practical tools and techniques to cultivate mindfulness and emotional regulation.

This membership is ideal for anyone who:
