What is the Mindful Reset Course

Mindful Reset is a self-paced online program designed to help you cultivate mindfulness and self-compassion in your daily life. Each week, you’ll receive guided teachings with practical, real-life tools to bring more ease and presence into your day. Move at your own pace, revisit lessons anytime, and join live coaching sessions when you need extra support. No pressure, no rush—just a space to breathe, reset, and begin again. This program is designed to support you in living your daily life with self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-compassion. Led by certified mindfulness meditation coach Shahin, this program includes group discussions, practical teachings on Mindfulness, guided meditations, and personalized coaching.

Every week you’ll have access to a video recording on the foundations of mindfulness.  It’s an 8-week program with access to live coaching calls for any questions or discussions.  The cost of the program is $249

 

This program is ideal for anyone who:

You will start receiving the first week’s teachings and guided meditation on April 28th.  You will get practice prompts and journal prompts for the week. You will also have an opportunity to participate in live office hours for coaching and support.
