4-Week Mindful Reset: A Live, Guided Experience to Come Back to Yourself

What is the Mindful Reset?

Mindful Reset is a 4-week live, guided experience designed to help you cultivate mindfulness and self-compassion in your daily life.

Each week, we’ll meet in a small, supportive space where you’ll be gently  guided through teachings and practical, real-life tools to bring more ease and presence into your day.

You’re invited to come exactly as you are — to pause, breathe, and begin again.

Through group conversation, guided meditation, and gentle coaching, you’ll be supported in building greater self-awareness, acceptance, and compassion in everyday moments.

The investment for the 4-week Mindful Reset experience is $149 CAD.

This includes four live, guided Zoom sessions, along with gentle practices and tools you can return to throughout the week.

You’ll be part of a small, supportive group, with space for reflection, questions, and connection along the way.

When does the program start?

The next session of Mindful Reset will begin once a small group has gathered.

If you’ve joined the waitlist, you’ll be the first to receive available dates and early access when registration open

Spots will be limited to keep the experience personal and supportive.

Once you’ve joined, you’ll receive a welcome email from me with a few gentle next steps.

As soon as dates are confirmed, you’ll be the first to know — with early access to reserve your spot before registration opens more widely.

I’ll also share a few simple reflections and practices along the way, so you can begin reconnecting with yourself even before the program begins.
