About The Group Coaching
“Mindful Reset” is a membership group coaching community that meets online 2x/a week and offers a sanctuary where you can slow down, breathe, and learn to cultivate mindfulness and self-compassion in your everyday life. You can cancel your membership at any time and all calls are recorded.
Led by Mindfulness Coach Shahin, her program is structured around weekly Zoom sessions that focus on practical teachings and personalized coaching.

Interactive Coaching and Questions Calls on Thursdays (6:00pm – 7:00 pm EST): These sessions provide a platform for reflection, discussion, and personalized guidance to help you integrate mindfulness into every aspect of your life. No pressure to share – Lots of inspiration and coaching to get you through the weekend.
