Hi, I’m Shahin.

I created Mindful Reset as a space for people who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from themselves and are quietly longing for something steadier, softer, and more grounded.

My work is rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and real-life practice — not perfection.

In our time together, my intention is simple:
to offer a space where you can come as you are, feel supported, and begin to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels genuine and sustainable.
