My coaching is impactful and designed to support you to see a way clear toward your next sign posts. During this three month journey, we will work on your limiting beliefs and your inner critic. I work for clients to attain clarity and live regret-free lives.

Of course, my support doesn’t end there; you are welcome to stay inside the membership for four weeks to help solidify your learnings.

Fostering Regret-Free Living through Mindfulness
As a mother of two young adult daughters, I’ve experienced firsthand the struggles of feeling overwhelmed and simply “existing” instead of truly living. During a particularly challenging time in my life, I knew I needed to make a change, not just for myself but also for my children.
This journey led me to mindfulness, where I discovered the power of calming the chatter in my mind and healing my soul. I immersed myself in learning, earning certifications in Mindfulness Meditation, Compassionate Inquiry, and more.
Now, as a Mindfulness and Meditation Coach, I support individuals through private coaching, workshops, and group programs. I believe in the daily practice of mindfulness as a pathway to clarity, authenticity and inner peace.
